Kids wish to grow up quickly while adults wish to slow down the aging. Aging is actually a process where your body parts start to malfunction piece by piece. So the key to slow down aging is to slow down the malfunctioning of your body parts. There are 2 main factors for the body parts malfunctioning. The first is the Qi in your body is slowly decreasing similar to a battery in your flashlight. You will need to reinforce your Qi or recharge your battery. The second is that blockages may be developed in your body parts, which need to be removed. Crane Qigong will teach the technique to achieve these areas. Slowing down the aging is a much better approach than hiding your age as you will look younger than you are and people normally estimate your age by your appearance.
